The Services may include AI voice interactions, messaging workflows, conversational automation, workflow execution, scheduling and coordination, customer engagement, operational automation, analytics and reporting, and integrations and APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and comply with applicable laws. If accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Information uploaded or processed through the Services
• Obtaining all necessary permissions, notices, and consents
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Communications initiated through the platform
• Decisions made based on platform outputs

5. AI-Generated Interactions

The Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech technologies, and large language models. AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for all resulting business decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate privacy laws, to misrepresent identity, to upload malicious code, to interfere with operations, to attempt unauthorized access, to reverse engineer the Services, to harass or deceive individuals, or to infringe intellectual property rights.

7. Customer Data

You retain ownership of information submitted to the Services and grant Lehar.ai a limited right to process it solely to provide Services, maintain functionality, improve performance, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Lehar.ai or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We continuously evolve the Services and may modify, add, remove, or suspend functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Fees and Payments

Certain Services require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security threats, or fraudulent activity. Customers may discontinue use at any time.

12. Disclaimer

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lehar.ai shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special damages, loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
